I have to smile whenever I see Gary Vaynerchuk on the web or TV.

He is one of a kind. Gary V, who emigrated as a child from Belarus, started working in his dad's wine store. He had the idea of setting up Wine Library TV, with daily video blog reviews of wines. He introduced a down-to-earth, funny approach to a stuffy world. His site took off, and he's credited with bringing a new audience to wine. He brings great passion to what he does. I watch him for entertainment value, but he does know his wine, and you can learn a lot. This video gives you an idea of his style.
